About Me

I work with groups to bring out their best over the long-term.

Groups are everywhere - not for profits, community organisations, family businesses and social institutions.

How groups create a sense of belonging, set up structures, decisions and values fascinates me.

In the current post-pandemic world, marked by ecological crisis, growing financial distress, mental health epidemics and distrust in media and government, I'm here to help people relate to each other over what really matters and allow destructive old ways of doing things to breakdown. These breakdowns start as personal or professional and typically then seep into both domains.

My university credentials are in economics and psychology, both disciplines that have doggedly held on to notions of science and progress now at least century old. While providing me with a potent language fluency to talk to current affairs and the failures of the system, in recent years it has been my own personal recovery experience and love of creative expression that has been the north star of my work.

My current work incorporates new business models and ways of understanding what people need to be fulfilled, creative and harmonious in their work lives.  This allows us to move away from blaming or lamenting our dysfunctional entrenched political and economic systems and practicing new ways of connecting and clarifying how our work contributes to the better world we know is possible.

Below I share with you more about how I work and what led me here…

What Clients Say

“Kate is an intuitive, kind and skillful practitioner. I saw her for adrenal fatigue for 3 months regularly and now have a top up every now and then. The change after each session is remarkable and overtime the effects of the sessions last longer and longer. I don’t really know how this stuff works and I’m glad I don’t need to know….I just know that it does!”
