The Addressing Burnout Foundations course is for people wanting to get clear on what is burning them out, and how they can pinpoint the activities and strategies that will work for them. The Course recognises that burnout doesn't stay in one box - it is shaped by the demands of our professional and non-work lives. This is what makes it so hard to address. Our employers, our leadership, our institutions may see the need for change, yet struggle with how to make it happen.

Since 2022, Kate has been known for her work in preventing and recovering from burnout. Her vision is to shift the systems that cause it, making wellbeing, rest, and purpose the foundation of how we live and work. She empowers individuals, workplaces, and communities to dismantle the drivers of burnout while equipping people with tools to restore energy and shape healthier systems.
Her path began in corporate roles, where she saw burnout was rooted in systemic issues, not just culture. She raised this with leadership, created and refined workshops, and now delivers burnout courses enjoyed by hundreds. She works with organisations to build resilience at all levels, and with individuals through energetic healing
With postgraduate qualifications in psychology, over a decade of treating people in Acuenergetics, and an economics degree, she brings a rare blend of systemic thinking, energy work, and psychological insight.
