Meet Kate

Who Are My Clients?

I work with organisations and people to design and implement new ways of doing business.

I have followed trends in policy over my career motivated by a curiosity and calling to look after those intangible and often invisible things that big business and big government cannot value. 

​

My clients have the desire, willingness and capacity to seek and apply leading information on human performance, workplace cultural and social change, emotional intelligence, creativity and problem solving. 

​

Since the pandemic, my work has focused on deeply understanding and solving problems of staff burnout, designing meaningful work and reversing trends in psychological injury plaguing health care and social service sectors. ​

​

I design and deliver online and face to face group conversations , based around a series of checkpoints, which ensure that clients remain in control of the process.

​

My services are delivered within and across groups.

My Mission

My mission is to reduce suffering built into the way we work. 

 

  • by predicting and preventing 'obvious' issues with work health safety that busy business executives are not able to consider. 

 

  • by supporting staff, carers and helpers across the world to contain the impact of dysfunctional or poorly resourced work environments on their home and family life. 

 

  • by helping leaders truly advocate for the wellbeing of their staff beyond the latest wellness craze or well meaning intentions. This means infusing them with social and emotional intelligence to work within the systems that constrain them and build alternative conversations brick by brick.

 

​I follow the most advanced thinking on the planet and make it user friendly for you.  And most importantly, I practice what I teach to the best of my ability every day.
