Service Description

The workshops set up open discussion and collaborative problem-solving on organisational issues — giving teams a voice and helping leaders shape healthier ways of working. Trust us to set up engaging activities drawing on relatable case studies and scenarios that engage your staff. Workshop length may vary. In all case, a pre-consult is undertaken and information on your organisation and employees may be requested. Recommendations will be made about group size, structure and content and I'll work with you to make sure the workshops focus on what makes the biggest difference to you and your teams. Groups may be small (up to 8) or up to 20 people.
